My d2h remote is faulty since I installed and have registered 4 complaints regarding remote and being under warranty it's not exchanged. Customer care people r charging for remote and remote is being tested and checked by d2h engineer from last 4 visits. Need u r help in exchanging faulty remote. Also area manager is insisting on sale of remote rather than solving customers issue. And after paying hardearned money to recharge d2h iam not able to view channels due to faulty remote.
