Hi, i have requested for relocation services from video con. They have informed me the charges as below,
Re installation charges : 400 rs
Relocation kit : 50 rs.

When i told there is no requirement of any relocation kit and i have all the items of previous installation available with me including nuts and bolts, they informed me it is mandatory that this kit has to be purchased.

Next day morning, videocon engineer called me for installation and in the afternoon installation was complete. The whole process from me calling for installation and videocon installing the antenna and account activation is done within 24 hrs.

The problem came when the engineer requested me to pay the rs 50 for the relocation kit to himself and remaining amount has to be added to the recharge amount. If i want to recharge for rs 360 (South gold kids), so he asked me to recharge for rs 400 + 360 = 760 rs.

But when i recharged for 760 rs, videocon deducted rs 450 as reinstallation charges, when i argued that you engineer has already collected rs 50 for the relocation kit, they say, they will take a compliant on the engineer and ask him to recharge the amount.

Already two compliants was raised[protected],[protected] but both are not solved till now, almost two weeks was completed and even today when i ask about the status of compliant, they are saying they will again raise the compliant and they does not have any authority to solve this issue.

I tried to call the nodal officer, but there is no response from him also. They gave only the landline number and there is no mobile number.

This is worst service from videocon and how cheating they are.

If videocon is not going to recharge my amount back, i am going to disconnect their service and will never recommend their d2h to any one.

It is not about 50 rs, but about integrity and honesty, if videocon is not able to do what they promised then i am not going to use their service.

Almost two Weeks completed, yet there is no response from Videocon Till now.

Seems like Videocon is not interested to solve these issues and never worry about customers Problem

We would like to inform you that Rs. 760/- has been credited in your account on dated 16th May 2018 and 400/-has been debited in your account on dated 16th May 2018. Current account balance of your d2h account is Rs. 107.36/- on dated 31st May 2018 and due date for next recharge is 8th June 2018.

i hope you don't understand the problem here.

The amount debited by Videocon is 450 Rs and not 400 Rs.

i have paid 760 and if you have deducted only 400 Rs then remaining amount is Rs 360. (simple Math)
i have selected South Gold Kids package which is Rs 360 per month. Now when i recharged on 16th may 2018, My due date should be 15th June (1 month) and not 8th June 2018. This is simple and only issue is Videocon doesn't want to accept their mistake.

and FYI, i have received message from Videocon on 16th May, than 450 Rs was deducted. Check your outgoing message on your System.

Ha Ha, Now your Customer care Person is saying Rs 450 was deducted not Rs 400. so don't have Sufficient balance. What a hopeless service.

until Yesterday:
Videocon D2h : we cannot see how much you paid, we cannot see how much deducted, i can only raise a compliant, Our Person will contact you to solve the issue.
Nodal Officer : I can only forward your compliant to Concern department? -- Dont know what is the use of this nodal office if he can only forward the compliant

Yesterday:
Videocon D2H : i can see that you paid 760 and 450 was deducted for relocation charges. i will only raise compliant for 50 Rs reversal. Videocon doesnot have any facility to call back. You need to recharge now to activate the service.

So many lies Videocon

finally understood, Videocon is Fraud and cannot expect any solution from them.

i am going to just use you service for timebeing and my good time, i am going to switch to other Operator. Final Goodbye to Videcon
