Their engineer un-necessarily changed my adapter. Even after changing the adapter, problem is not resolved. Now they will change another item. Clearly shows they just want to dupe their customers for quick money.
When I raised the issue with customer support and asked to refund the money lying in my account, THEY SIMPLY REFUSED AND SAID IT IS NOT POSSIBLE.
Now, if a company is trying to dupe you and you want to be associated with them, you have no choice and they will forfeit the money? Seriously? is their any law or not for this day-light robbery? Was this information helpful? |
