Videocon Industries — Dish not working

Dish was not working from 25 June 2022, complain was registered on 28th until now its not working,

retailer says he filed the complain to the company, what should be done now, i loose my money for last recharge and now they add one more channel also to the account which i dint requested.

please reply as soonest as my husband is planning to change the operator if the problem persist.
