All of a sudden this error message popped up and couldnt able to remove.. Please suggest some other d2h fed up with customer service..

E30-4: validating smart card 1) please wait for 30 seconds on the same channel to resume services. 2) switch off your set top box and restart after 15 seconds. 3) smart card may not be inserted properly. Insert in the right direction, as indicated in the card. 4) refresh by sending sms ref to [protected]. 5) to get customer id send: cid to [protected].
