Videocon Industries — faulty setup box big scam

I am using d2h services since july 2015 but in dec 2018 there was fault in setup after complaint they changed and charged Rs. 400/- for the same after that same thing happened after around 40 days so after complaint they again changed it and charged Rs. 200/- after that same thing happened again within month they changed it again and now the same thing happen again and when i complained they want to charge me for the same.
