[Resolved] Videocon Industries — fraudulently taking money for not giving services | |||
I paid 400 rs on 11 sep and every after 10 days error shows on screen you bance is low somebody fradulently subsribing channels and making my account negative customer care not able to provide proof even from where they received call for subscription or if they are not providing us service how other person raising request on my behalf they are just making us fool by grabing money for not giving services. I called on d2h customer care for so many hrs in past 10 days nothing resolved yet. My customer id is[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
