Dear sir we purchase a washing machine on 22nd march 2017 Model no. 7.5 kg digi, sr. No. H[protected], wide bill no. 3997, dated[protected], from m/s agra radio, 12 ada market, tota ka tal, agra, their contact no. [protected],. Some around 20 times we made the complain to customer care centre agra, and every time they are sending engineer last visit of engineer was 1-9-2017 and shown the inability to satisfy us about the product. Your good self is requested to look into the matter, as after expending 23390/- on your product seams to be wastage hence Either change the product or refund our money with interest.
