Videocon Industries — i case in consumer court to harassment me. led panel is not coming since 45 days

My videocon led panel has been taken for replacement from more than 45 days but still there is no update pls provide proper update. Fault in led
I am unsatisfied with your service because i complaint before date 30.06.2018
Of my led, no response from you and they confused me to give time on time. They promised to give me new led in exchange of it. So you inform me to any strong solution because my balance deduct and my validity of these days lost. Now you not take any decision i case in consumer court to harassment me.
