I have been trying to recharge my d2h connection on your website since january 3, 2019; however, was unsuccessfull to get a recharge done as per the trai guidelines.
I filed an online complaint through your website and got the following message, "dear joel dsouza your complaint no.[protected] for customer id[protected] has been registered and will get resolved till sunday, february 3, 2019 05.00 pm" till date i have not received a single phonecall from your company even though i followed up multiple times!!!
As advised by one of your phone representatives i was advised to try recharging online again, as per the instructions i tried to recharge again but yet again another unsuccessful attempt but this time the amount of 550/- was deducted from my bank account. Request you kindly look into the same and compensate for the inconvenience caused due to your companies incompetence at the earliest possible and get this issue resolved.
