My d2h no is[protected], today i. E on 6th feb 2018 i lodge a complaint regarding no channel service on my d2h, i called thrice but urs customer executive misguided me only, lastly they said after 24 hrs service will resume. I want to knw when bcoz o[censored]rs fault service is interrupted then u sud compensate us by increasing the service duration by that much time which u take to resume the service. Kindly look into my matter n compensate me for interruption made by ur end.
