Videocon Industries — led display faulty | |||
Purchased Videocon led tv ( model ivc32f02) in nov 2017 and has 3 yrs warranty on the display. The screen is faulty and the technician visited on 3rd September 2018 and informed that the display will be replaced in 15 days.. whenever we call him he comes with an excuse that he has not received the replacement display.. it’s been a month now that the screen in not working and we don’t have a working tv.. the technician address is smart care electronic solutions ( tek care ), kannur - 670141.
