I have logged complaint regarding the videocon led tv 55 inch to service center back light problem date 07dec/2019 after one month no reply, Its in warranty so waiting for parts replacement. Its been more than 33 days. I see its taking more time for parts replacement. Please make the parts available asap. We are facing tv issue. This is really bad service videocon is providing. Its been more than 300 days. I see its taking more time for parts replacement. Please make the parts available asap. We are facing tv issue. This is really bad service videocon is providing.    | |||
