Need your intervention, as there is nobody responded properly, two weeks has gone but tv not repaired/replaced till yet. This kind of services is not acceptable.

This is very frustrating job that till yet engineer not visited and almost has gone one week. This kind of service really discouraging to discontinue of videocon products.

Till yet i have talked with customer care number of times as well as mr. Bhanu (Engineer - [protected]), mr manoj kumar ([protected]) and mr. Sanjay ([protected]) but no result. Now nobody picking up calls.
