Videocon Industries — led tv part not replace within warranty period

I purchased videcon led tv vmd32hh in the month of 31-dec-2015. Even within 6 month tv got problem and it is fixed by service centre by replacing part. Again in the month of september 2018 tv got issue and service centre technician came and check the issue and informed us that they need some part replacment and they raised part replacment request. They taken 500rs for checking issue without repairing because replacment part need to order.

We waited for one week and then one month for part replacment. But nothing happened after calling service centre varanasi, lucknow, gurgaon for part replacment. Then we raised complaint number: luc2609/80/93 code no: r35810 on[protected]. Till date we are following with lucknow area incharge, gurgain area incharge, noida area incharge, mumbai customer care, hyderbad customer care, but nothing happended and all said that we will sent part in one week, 10 days please wait. But gain same thing part is not sent and again we have to call them and again get same answer

We called every service centre more than 100 times but we get only false promises.

We already waited for more than two month and still our tv is not working and part is not replaced. Please give your final answer when our tv is repaired. If fiald to do so wer have only one option to report this issue to counsumer forum and claim tv amount and penality and money spent on case adressal.
