Would like to bring to your attention regarding service provided by DEW POINT KANHANI ROAD, AYYANTHOL CHUNGAM, THRISSUR 680003 [protected]/[protected] Had purchased a Videocon washing machine Digi Storm 29/12/12 for its reliabilty and after sales provided by Videocon it would only do the wash cylce the washing machine's electronic panel was changed by the service center after two days on the 9th Oct with a old panel, it still does not work and does the same wash cycle. could you assist us in this getting the problem fixed at the earliest. we expect better service from Videocon C C Jose mob no [protected]
