Description: its been 3 days i am trying to reach videocon d2h service as i am unable to watch television and funny part is the day i recharged same day it sotpped working. I don't understand why they are not able to send technician even though i have to pay for his service as its not in warranty. I even mailed to nodal officer but look like they don't care as well and the senior officer will never be connected so feel like helpless.
