Videocon Industries — not able to migrate the package and throwing error that package not migrated due to some technical error

Because of your outage approx 2 week before my channels got switched off and you migrated my services to unknown services which i am not aware of.
While i am trying to migrate services by choosing packages your page throwing error as we are not able to migrate package due to technical error please migrate my channel asap as i am not able to see channels since 15 days i tried many time to reach your customer care but they are not able to resolve the issues.
Many of my channels getting error e16-4 because of your outage.
Please resolve the issues else will switch to another network operator.

My D2h connection number is[protected], I am unable to migrate channels due to technical error. You are cheating D2h solve my issue.

For now mera wala plan is not working i think . They are still about to adhere to TRAI rule. I have tried many times but did not work. through website it does not work at all due to technical error.. Try their suggested Combo packages through D2h Infinity app only and submit it. after that tap on the refresh button. It will work immediately !
