Videocon Industries — not able to see movie channels

I am facing a problem while watching movies channel in my videocon dth connection. When i complained in the service provider they are saying we have to pay the service charges when the problem is from their end as rest of the channels are working properly. If it was from our end than we should face the problem with all the channels rather than few particular channels.
