My D2h is hanged at logo d2h. When I called at customer care I was asked about the problem, which I explained, and told they are solving it after 5 minutes call was transferred and I was asked again what help I needed, which is very harrasing that at every call transfer I explain my problem again and again, it should be explained by the executive who has handled the call at first step. Then your executive Reema denied to help me with the problem I was facing with my d2h.
