Our videocon AC was not working so we called the videocon team. The technicians visited our place in the month of May and checked the AC. They said some part is gone bad so they have to order it afterwards the AC can be fixed. They also asked for the visiting charges. We center at first cause they were not providing any receipt or acknowledgement. But they made us talk with their senior who said that as per their company policy we have to pay the charges even if the issue is unresolved. Also assured that the repair work would be closed within 2 days however its more than 2 months and the issue is still unresolved. E have even sent an email to their customer service but then also nothing happened.
