[Resolved] Videocon Industries — not servicing washing machine even after full payment | |||
Complaint regarding my washing machine has been filled on 22/10/2017 and complaint no BAN[protected] was assigned. A service centre person has visited and said there is issue in PCB which needs to be replaced. According he is brought one PCB bill for the same is attached herewith. After replacing the PCB also machine was not working hence he took the PCB and assured that he will replace with good one. Whenever I call him he says on one hour I am coming but he never came till today The issue was raised to branch manager vidiocon on mobile no.[protected] however he also failed to resolve the issue.
