Videocon Industries — package upgraded automatically without any information.

Yesterday, i got a message saying that your package has been upgraded to gold kids while i didn't request for it. When i call their customer care. They said it was done by my dealer. How can a dealer do this? If i am asking for any service then it is fine, if someone does that without my knowledge this is ridiculous. They are not refunding my money and not downgrading my package.
