Please be informed that I been facing issues with D2H service and the worst part is there customer support crew. My EPIC channel (Channel no.151) has suddenly stop without any notice to me. I spoke to their Support crew and been inform that its been moved to active service and now I have to watch the epic channel is lower quality and in much smaller window.
This is insane and not excepted, When I paid for the channel and subscripted it for the entire month, why its been taken off in the middle of the month.
I been a pretty old consumer of D2H service and what made my journey most uncomfortable is the way their support crew handles. When I have asked them to provide me a ticket number of my complain. They have nothing to provide me. This is illegal, when a customer calls and asks for an acknowledgement of his complain, he should be given a ticket number. Was this information helpful? |
