I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THE PEOPLE TO PURCHASE ANY VIDEO CONE PRODUCTS IN FUTURE TO ANYBODY IF THE COMPANY DOSE NOT TREAT THEIR CUSTOMER PROPERLY
I HAVE MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO MR DHANAJAY AND MR DILIP AND SEND MAIL REGARDING THIS ISSUE
THEIR IS NO RESPONSE FROM THERE SIDE

This is to bring to your notice the following details of the Complaint made by me which remains unresolved.
You are requested to please provide necessary replacement of the TV/PART under the existing extended 3 YEARS warranty:
Particulars of item: VIDEOCON FULL HD SMART TV ; SIZE: 40”
Purchase Date : 17th August 2015
Purchased from: Vijay Sales, PANVEL
Complaint lodged on : 15/08/2018
Nature of Complaint: TV Display SHUT DOWN (stopped functioning)
Inspection by Videocon agency on 15/08/2018 : “Technovision Service”
Service reference No. THA [protected]
Inspection service fees paid on 15/08/2018 : Rs.1050/- (refer TCR NO. 612)
We have contacted the Videocon Customer Care who have informed that the matter is under process for replacement.
No further progress is there as I have not heard anything further in the matter.
