Videocon Industries — problem in display colours | |||||
Dear Team, My Online complain is R74802. I have a VIDEOCON LCD Model No.LCDTVVAD32HH of which colours are not coming properly. According to engineer assigned for complaint company is not providing the spare of LCD. So he will come and take visit charge i.e.600+18% GST but in absence of spare it can't say that LCD will be repaired or not. Please do the needful to resolve my complain.
