My customer id: 66266430 i spoken to customer care it's been 3 days. Since 4 days i'm trying to reactivate my paused d2h account everytime customer service representative says will be done in 8 hours and sometime they say will be done in 4 hours still my account has not reactivated and we are going through a tough time with ur services very poor service. Things are not done as promised spoke to senior executive and they did not connect me to manger they directly disconnected the call. Very very very poor customer service i would rate 0 and 0 stars for customer service
