My videocon customer id is 54679428 Repeated request for change of smart card yielded no result. Complained many times to videocon through almost all media like mail, social media, phone etc. Complained on 23, 22, 21, 20 and 19 may 19 vide complaint no.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].
