It is totally non sense decision to charge rs. 200 as an engineer visit for any complaints we raise regarding videocon d2h service issues. This is not the correct way to earn money. I am paying monthly rs. 866 for two d2h connections which is itself a very huge amount and i think that for what reason i am paying this amount if still i need to pay rs. 200 extra for engineer visit even if there is a fault from d2h side. Hence i have started to think to switch to other service provider because i know this very well that videocon customer service will never be able to solve this problem as i am not the only person who is having this issue but there are n number of customers with the same complaint and still d2h customer service is asking them to email to their support id so that they can assist which is a copy paste statement with no outcome.
I think local cable service is 100 times better as they are charging rs. 200 only as a monthly rental and also they do not charge anything if any technical issue persists. On top of that in rs. 200 monthly rental i can extend the same connection without any extra rental to other tv as well.
Think before spending your hard earned money.
And i am requesting to videocon customer service team to not to reply to this comments saying that "please email us at [protected]@d2h.com. We will make every effort to revert with resolution as soon as possible".
