Videocon Industries — service issues | |
I have a videocon tv with a 3 year warranty. The display and motherboard have are not working since 1.5 months and videocon service center dosent care about it. They say they don't have parts and no man power. The service person sits in office till 12 pm and finishes work by 5 pm, so they dont serve before 12 and after 5. Videocon has the worst service ever and they don't deserve to serve consumers and manufacture goods. Was this information helpful? | |

same here and they charged us 1300/- to come and check to tell us the PCB is faulty. No replacement since more than 2 months now. Horrible service.
