Same happend to me from yesterday my videocon consume number is 84108481 i am getting error signal not available i explained your customer support executive but he says engineer visit reqd costing 200 rupees i explained them that the problem started from their side even the whether is normal, but support response is rediculous their are stuck on one statement i.
