Every three months there is technical problem and I am made to pay visiting fees of 200, which is unethical. I have paide this twice in last 5 months. No proper support from the customer care executive. Not able to raise a complaint for this in the company. Executives says there is consumer redressal mechanism in place, he just has a guideline which says collect 200 for visiting charges for any technical issues. I don't know how many have paid this 200 repeatedly. Request to resolve issue and refund for the technical charges paid as it is unethical.customer id is 64353617
