Videocon Industries — they did not provide services to customers

Dear sir we are dealers of videocon brand. Custmer purchased led and it gets a complaint but no one can respond for that complaits. We r given complaints in online but no response. But custmer come to store and creating nonsence in stores they did not listen my voice please solve the issues. Every day custmer came to shop and crating the newsence. They blame the shop only and they didi not listen the situation.
