My complaint is pending from 27.03.2019 and unable to select channels of my choice as per TRAI Guide lines. I have multi room connection and even after more than 100 calls their customer support say they can add only single channels costs high and not broadcaster's bouquets
This defeats the purpose of TRAI. Further I can not select channels of of my choice for each TV mirror channels would cost more due to the new regime.
Can anybody at D2H Help or I have no option to forcefully shift to cable operator.. Was this information helpful? |
