Videocon Industries — Unwanted calls & messages from videocon d2h call center

I am not a user of videocon d2h, but have been completely harassed buy the call centre people .i have made a complain more than 10 time to stop these promotional call and message but nothing have happened .i am also registered to do no disturb service but stiill these call continue. Please save me from these videocon & iwill told them to do not call me i am not your customer but they will call/ message again & again
