I have been behind Vijay Sales Chembur for last 6 months, but there is no one who can resolve this issue. The Manager has been trying his best to co-ordinate with the Videocon guys to solve my problem, but they have been turning a deaf ear to it. My TV was bought in march 2016, and has a guarantee of 3 yrs.

After making a lot of complaints and going every second day to Vijay Sales, chembur, the Manager managed to call the Videocon service station - Aspire Electronics, and they picked up my TV, after charging me Rs. 2000/- as service chgs. They said they will repair and get in back in 1 weeks time.
After a week theTV was brought back and as the guys were about to leave the house, I asked hem to put it on and show me the pic qulaity. To my horror, the TV was not repaired and the problem still existed.
I called up the service incharge and was given vague answers. after this one more service person called me up and said not to worry, and that he will send the technician to my house to get the problem resolved.
Its been 3 weeks now and every time they have some excuse or the other to postpone the repair.
Its Horrible and frustrating now... pls help
