I have multiple problems with d2h but none of them getting resolved as the customer care number is always busy. I have been trying for last 4 days.
1. First their hdmi setup not working in setup box. They blamed on tv but my other hdmi setup is working except videocone d2h
2. I selected the channels as trai direction. I received acknowledgement stating they will get back. Its been 2 months but the expected channels are not reflecting. I did receive a email confirming so on my complaint but still not activated.
3. I am getting black screen with the message ""from dss, persistent message, from dss, bpcl account has ran out of balance, please recharge the account." in almost every channel that was working earlier. But i have good amount balance in the account.
The service is moving from best to worse in last 6 months after the trai has announced to pick selected channels. Let me know if i need to change the provider if d2h cannot address my complaint. Was this information helpful? |
