Videocon Industries — videocon d2h excess amount charged from my a/c[protected]

Dear concern,

I was relocate my d2h as on dated 27.09.2018.
Engineer was charged rs.650/- for relocate the d2h.
After that once again rs.450/- deduct my a/c[protected], then i called to customer care, customer care executive told me that charges deduct for relocate and register the complaint for that.

Can i aspect for resolution on urgent basis, otherwise i will complaint on consumer forum.
