I want to file a complaint against videocon d2h. I have recharged about one and half months back. All of a sudden i would say after about one month they deactivated star plus hd channel. I called 50 times to ask them why they deactivated, one of them ended up telling me that they accidentally deactivated it. So i asked them to file a complaint against that. Now literally i have called so many times to get my problem solved but they are continuously hanging up on me. Please help me getting my channel back without any charges because i already have paid for star plus hd channel.
Customer service provided by d2h is getting worse day by day.
I heard about the rule that you can not hang up on customer unless and until their problems get solved but i think it's changing now.
If these continues surely videocon d2h will loose the faith of their customers one day.
