Hi team,
I am struggling since last one month to just relocate my d2h connection. I have called multiple time to customer care but no help.
Later a week ago finally they registered a complain to install the dish but d2h authorized service center has passed on my request to a private service provider (Which is an integrity issue) who came and installed the d2h but it is not working giving me no signal, post asking a query on this he said it takes time to get resolve and charged me hell stating company norms an haven't provided me any invoice for same.
Now, i am trying to reach them since 4-5 days but no one is answering my call.
I am really fed-up of this worst customer service.
Request you to look into this and help me.
