My customer ID is[protected]. I have raised a request for the reinstallation of d2h as I have shifted my house. Engineer visited and charged Rs 800, (499 for installation and 300 for extra parts used ie 3 connectors) which actual price is nearly 100 for 3 connector. When I asked engineer for bill he denied mentioning that I will receive bill via sms, next day I called d2h customer care for not receiving bill they mentioned that they don't provide bill for this. Post 10 days I recharge my monthly pack which is 300, 1 day later ie 27th sep my services got disconnected, when I raised complaint[protected] they mentioned that I have not paid the engineer installation charges so they have deducted from my account. When I told giving the engineer number that he have taken money already they mentioned that my services will be activated. But it does not happen, similarly I raised 10 complaints but every time they closed it without informing me. Its been a month now and still no action has been taken from their end. I want to highlight few points 1) engineer will not leave the house without the payment ie common sense. 2) everytime they are closing the complaint without informing customer whether actually received the resolution 3) apart from that the mentally stress and the time I wasted behind them Was this information helpful? |
