Jabashree Ghosh Consumer ID[protected] Since 12/05/2019 we have been not been receiving signal on our set top box for the our D2H connection, in spite of numerous complains on phone & also by email no engineer has ever visited our house but complain status gets changed to resolved but the problem persists. We had to engaged an outside mechanic who somehow fixed the problem after 17 days & the Ms Videocon has refused to refund the charges for the same period. Today I had recharged again & Ms Videocon is refusing to acknowledge the payment and restart the services. The executives attending the calls show very unintelligent communication skills which portrays their ignorance regarding the training/services they are supposed to render.
