Videocon Industries — videocon is not helping to set up my channel pack.

I called many times to d2h customer care to make my pack.
They always say sorry there is software problem.
I cant arrange my pack either by remote on channel no 997.
Or by d2h infinity app.
Or by their site.
I tried 30+ times since december.
Is this so much difficult software or is it a ordinance. What i do.
