I have purchased LCD Tv Model no.2602 under Videocon paisa vasool offer after completing time period of 6 years & 11 months they give me 10000 rs cashback as per offer, I proceed for that I have done courier process but I am not getting response for that. now what to do. I have tried to contact Videocon but didn't get. I want my money back as per offer I have already completed time period but not getting response. Please revert on my complaint asap. Thank you.
