I have sent a written complaint to the company head office aurangabad, Maharashtra dated[protected] explaining the problem with my 28" led TV. That was under warranty could not repaired by service centre after waiting of 04 month. Now I was told by Videocon service centre representative Mr.Satyaprakash ji ([protected]) Haldwani, Uttarakhand, after 04 months that my 28" led TV will replace with 32" TV because the parts is not available of 28" led TV in the company. They (service representative) are asking for almost Rs. 11000/- as a difference amount. If the parts is not available in the company, why they took 04 month to disclose this. Why the company kept me in dark for several months. I don't want 32" led TV with this difference amount. The Videocon company failed to avail service of product in warranty period as the company had promised . So the Videocon company should bear the loss, why should I ? I want my money back. The most important thing that who would like to get another TV of this company who raised their hand in service during warranty and failed to satisfy the customer as genuine basis. My whole family is still waiting for tv. And I am waiting for company response.
