We bought Videocon TV model: UHD VNB50 from the dealer "Bindra Radio & Elect. Corporation" Meerut and recently TV gone faulty and made complaints at Tollfree service center.
It's been 3-months that we made complaint at Videocon server center vide Ref no. LP[protected] on dt: 16 Dec 2020 towards faulty TV model: UHD VNB 50 and no proper response or rectification step carried by the company despite regular follow-ups and excuses given everyone stating that parts are unavailable with them and neither able to confirm any time lines nor given an standby support till they repair the faulty TV.
It's very pathetic condition to deal with Videocon, as NO responses are given.
I believe there should be some action against such companies for making surfer the consumers.
Is there anyway we can get support to have TV repair or replace by Videocon?
