Videocon Industries — Videocon Tv not repaired after 16 months of complaint | |||
I had purchased a Videocon tv on 29/10/2016. In december 2019, i raised a complaint and on 29/12/2019, one of their representative visited my home and provided a job card and charged me Rs 900. Even after following up several times in past 16 months, TV is not repaired yet. Was this information helpful? | |||
