Videocon Industries — videocond2h refresh account issue | |||
On 9th feb 2019, i chose selected channels according to trai regulations. The subscribed channels are not working and showing me you have not subscribed for this channel. I called customer care more than 10 times from last 2 days. It was very bad experience with customer care. They are continuously saying reason that “they have issued the refresh command from their end and to call after 10min” after calling 10min the new customer care also scripts the same message. I have only request to refresh my account to see all channels. But i don’t have any way to start my tv channels now. And customer care number are not getting connect or busy. When i called last time to customer care, customer care agent disconnected phone without listening or answering me. My parents haven't been able to watch their channel from 9th july 2019. Please look into this, resume my services and extend due date by as i am not able to see tv from last 2 days. Or refund me all my money i will go with other good d2h provider who will provide me better and quick service. I don't have any option to contact videocon and my services are not working ever after paying. Was this information helpful? | |||
