Videocon Industries — we wont get channels

We are not get channels from feb 14 to till dis date. I called customer daily from that day but they dont respond now they are not recieving calls too. If they left call they suppose to say we will rectify your problem. Again they do same. Some times they hold my call 35 minutes. They say we send technician but not. Please resolve our channels. They put new set up box at 14 feb. On that i gave him 850.
