Videocon Industries — worst customer service - need urgent action | |||
Hi, I am writing today to complain of the poor service i have received from your company. I have raised a complaint on august 22 regarding videocon tv’s. After next 2 days they have closed my complaint without solving issue.. Again am following up with the customer care then they allocated one person to take tvs for repair.. He came and took 3 tvs for servicing on 2 months back and we have paid nearly 4000/-. Till now they have not returned tvs its already been above 2 months over. +[protected], +[protected] i called these two persons so many times they were not giving proper response.. but they still haven't been removed. They don't even give option to remove it ourselves, so they can keep looting and cheating us.
